The BirchStreet Application Suite is a comprehensive back-office business system designed to automate the "Procure-to-Pay" cycle, which results in cutting inefficiencies out of the process while strengthening financial controls. The Application Suite can be run as a single property or multi-location solution. The multi-location modules provide an enterprise-wide view of the procurement process, helping customers identify ways to leverage the collective buying power of their organization and providing a comprehensive tool to drive consistent business processes, automation and financial control across the portfolio. All functionality is delivered over the Internet to the user's workstation via a standard browser, eliminating the need for server hardware and software.

The Capital Projects Management Suite (CPMS), the newest module of the BirchStreet Application Suite, is the industry's first comprehensive solution for the management of multi-property hotel renovation projects. The hosted multi-property application arms hotel owners and operators with the ability to establish and manage the project timeline across a large portfolio of properties and manage purchasing and order scheduling. Project status can be tracked by matching product lead times to the project timeline, expenditures are tracked against the capital budget and the entire project can be viewed in real-time through the CPMS dashboard.
