The Role:

As a Customer Program Manager you are responsible for all strategic planning, account management, and for the overall success of BirchStreet’s relationship with our customer accounts. Success will be measured by strategic and tactical leadership and oversight, optimizing service delivery, operations, and the financial performance of the overall contract. The primary initial focus of the role will be to develop relationships with customer executives, stakeholders, and decision makers within existing customers in order to successfully deploy and expand utilization of BirchStreet’s services and products.
