Karla Kannan serves as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at BirchStreet Systems. Her team is responsible for the relationship and prioritization of customer needs and goals across portfolios and verticals. She also oversees the Mexico City office, user education programs, strategy, and Knowledge Management initiatives within the organization. She has previously managed the Global Project Management Office, focusing on enterprise account management.
Prior to joining BirchStreet, she worked at Four Seasons Hotels in Procurement roles at different hotel locations. She leverages her hospitality and procurement experience to translate customer requests into strategies that build value propositions.
Passionate about giving back to the community, she serves as a mentor in the Catalyst coaching program. Throughout her career, she has offered public speaking and leadership sessions for various women-led technology and customer success organizations.Originally from Mexico, she immigrated to the United States to pursue her B.A. in Marketing and Management. Karla holds an M.A. in Training & Development from Roosevelt University and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified by Purdue University. She is a Customer Success Advisory Board Member at the Success League.
