Smith has spent almost 25 years in the technology sector as a finance executive with a variety of publicly traded and privately-held companies.
Smith most recently was Chief Financial Officer of Investment Metrics, a leading SaaS provider of data and analytics solutions to the investment management industry. Prior to that, Bill was Chief Financial Officer of a variety of other SaaS and consumer technology companies such as Booker Software, Antenna Software and Kayak Software. Bill earned his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and his MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
