Tim is a strong executive leader focused on customer success and driving positive outcomes. Prior to joining BirchStreet, Tim spent a decade in the FinTech space in a variety of roles with Fortune 100 companies. His experience in SaaS covers customer success, consulting, cloud moves, and delivery of large-scale solutions in a global environment. His last role was as Vice President of IT Strategy and Delivery at Global Payments.
Tim is a 20-year combat veteran of the United States Army, where he served as an Infantry Officer, a Strategic Planner, and a Combat Medic in multiple locations around the world. He holds degrees in Biology and Psychology from Cornell, Masters of Business Administration from Touro, and Masters of Operational Planning from the US Army School of Advanced Military Studies. Tim resides with his family in Columbus, Georgia.
